CSCS Slinger Signaller Training
Persons carrying out slinging and signalling operations also known as banksman operations in construction environments are required to hold CSCS SLG Ticket.
Aims
To confirm that attendees have the required skills to safely and efficiently carry out slinging and signalling operations.

- Current Legislation
- Pre-Shift Inspection
- Hazards Associated
- Attach lifting gear to a varied load
- Balanced load, & Unbalanced load
- Attach and use of tag ropes to control a load
- Recognise and use of approved hand signals

One Day
Who should attend/Pre-Requisites
Candidates over 18 years of age in receipt of current Safe Pass Card and minimum of six months experience of carrying out these operations within the last two years.
Irish PPSN. (Evidence of prior learning will be required)
Good understanding of written and spoken English (if not a SOLAS approved interpreter will be required)
This course is aimed at experienced operatives who do not currently hold a CSCS ticket.
