Come along to our Safe Pass course to raise and maintain high standards of on-site health and safety awareness and allow all workers to gain entry to all Irish based construction sites
Safe Pass Course Aim:
Our Safe Pass course provides learners with a formal training course designed to increase awareness for candidates working in the construction sector.
Safe Pass Course Objectives:
On completion of this course, learners will have learnt;

- Duties of Employers & Employees
- Accident reporting & prevention
- Working at Heights
- Personal Protective Equipment
- Safe Use of Hand Held Portable Equipment
- Noise & Vibration
- Manual Handling
- Working near excavations
- Working with electricity, overhead & underground services
- Health & Hygiene
Who Should Attend?
Anyone who works within the construction sector requires a valid Safe Pass card
Assessment & Certification:
To receive certification for Safe Pass, all learners must successfully complete both the theory components of the course. This consists of fifteen multiple choice questions. Certificates are valid for four years from date of issue.
Maximum of 10 learners. All candidates must have a valid Irish PPSN, one form of widely recognised photographic identification and one passport sized photograph for this course. Please note that there is a photobooth onsite at our premises in Ballycoolin. The cost is €6 for four passport photographs.
Classroom based presentation supplemented with discussions, case studies and videos throughout the day
